This Perforated cable tray roll forming machine is to make 100-600mm Cable tray profiles and also 50-600mm Cable tray cover profiles.

The different size is automatically adjusting driven by motor and controlled by PLC.

The machine structure is Cantilever type with double head output separate shaft, so this cable tray making machine can produce both 100-600mm cable tray profiles and 50-600mm cover profiles by interchanging the each other two side forming frames. It is easy to exchange the whole machine frame.

The forming station for 100-600mm cable tray is 22 stations and 12 stations for the 50-600mm covers.

The whole cable tray production line consiste of 8 Ton hydraulic uncoiler, 7 rollers leveler, servo feeder, 315 Ton press machine with 15 sets punching moulds, main roll forming machine, flying shearing device with necking die working at same time, Hydraulic station, PLC control board and run-out tables.
